The living room is well equipped - as is the whole apartment. A three seater settee and a fold-out bed-settee make for comfortable lounging around. There is a TV and video as well as a CD stereo system.

There is also a Playstation with a couple of games. The large bay window seat is plenty big enough to sit and watch the fishing trawlers go in and out.

There are also a number of videos to watch as well as books and leaflets of local interest. All we ask is that if you get engrossed in a book, please take one of the pre-paid envelopes and send it back to us. That way, those hours spent whiling away lazy afternoons are enjoyed by everyone.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher with detergent, 4-slice toaster, filter kettle, hand electric mixer, all crockery, cutlery and cooking pots & pans. There is even a turkey roasting tin if you're there at Christmas or on a Sunday for the Sunday roast!

In the hall cupboard you will find a washer-drier with soap powder as well as two hot water tanks, a hoover and plenty of storage space. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a lovely warm shower as well as a good sized bath for relaxing in. There is, of course, a toilet and wash basin as well as mirror and shaver point.

Bedroom one has a king-sized bed with choice of king-sized quilt. There is also a large chest of drawers as well as side tables, lamps, and a clock radio-alarm.

All rooms have warm radiators which provide good warmth to keep out the Scottish gales and are controllable. The hall has a night storage heater.

When you arrive, if you turn on the water booster in the kitchen, you will have hot water in about 25 minutes - enough for a bath!!

The second bedroom has a double bed - again with choice of quilts - and a wardrobe with plenty of space for storage and hanging clothes.

There is also a bedside light and radiator.

In the bathroom, there is also a heated towel rail for lovely warm towels in the morning!
