lounge

1 Quayhouse is a studio apartment with a lovely aspect and view out over the harbour. The lounge area has a 2 seater reclining settee and two reclining chairs. There is a TV and DVD as well as a CD stereo system.

The large arched window affords lots of light for reading or watching the world going by.

There are DVDs to watch as the TV signal is, at best, patchy, but you wouldn't come to the west coast of Scotland to watch telly!

The lounge is open plan and, later this year, we will be adding a multi-fuel stove to see winter visitors warm and toastie.

Please feel free to bring DVDs and CDs but, over time, we'll be leaving a few for people to enjoy. Also, the lounge is stocked with leaflets about the surrounding area as well as maps and guide books. More can be obtained from Tourist Information down the road, but there is a good selection to be going on with.

  lounge
kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, oven and hob as well as glasses and wine rack. There are also pots and pans a plenty.

The bathroom has a large bath with centre taps and hand shower unit - ideal for those long long soaks.

There is also, obviously, a toilet and wash basin and a heated towel rail for towels - provided.

  Bathroom
bedroom

The mezanine bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe space as well as plenty of drawer storage and surfaces.

There is also a bedside and reading light.
